How we work

From first call to the leadership packet

A typical Willowpoint engagement moves through five stages. The same rhythm applies to workforce planning briefs, hiring pipeline reports, and attrition cohort studies.

  1. Discovery call

We confirm the planning horizon, sites in scope, and which decisions the charts must support. You leave with a short list of extracts to prepare.

  2. Secure file transfer

Headcount, requisition, or leaver files arrive without personal contact details when possible. We agree on a cutoff date so snapshots stay consistent.

  3. Draft chart pack

Consultants build tables and annotated charts, flagging sample-size limits and stage-name quirks before anything reaches leadership.

  4. Stakeholder review

A working session with HR — and often finance or talent acquisition — tests whether the story matches what managers see on the ground.

  5. Final brief & follow-ups

You receive the PDF pack, written brief or memo, and named follow-ups. Quarterly readout clients schedule the next refresh at this point.
