Refund & cancellation policy
Rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds on Willowpoint consulting engagements.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for consulting engagements described on this site: workforce planning briefs, hiring pipeline reports, attrition cohort studies, and quarterly readouts. There are no physical products or software subscriptions for sale.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@filewillowpoint.click. The applicable refund depends on how much work has started.
Full refund
If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date and no discovery call materials have been prepared, deposits are refunded in full.
Partial refund
If discovery has occurred but draft charts are not yet delivered, we refund 50% of fees paid after deducting time already worked at the rates in your statement of work.
Non-refundable items
Fees for completed deliverables, facilitated sessions already held, and third-party room or travel costs prepaid at your request are non-refundable.
Work already started
Once a draft chart pack has been shared, remaining fees for that engagement are due and not refundable, except where Willowpoint cancels the engagement.
Deposits
A 40% deposit secures the start date. Deposits convert to fees as work progresses according to the schedule in your statement of work.
Rescheduling & no-shows
You may reschedule a readout once with at least five business days’ notice at no charge. Late reschedules or client no-shows for a booked session may forfeit the session fee portion.
Refund process & method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees charged by correspondent banks may be deducted where unavoidable.
