Terms of engagement
These terms apply to advisory and reporting work commissioned from Willowpoint People Metrics Company Limited.
Acceptance
By requesting an estimate, signing a statement of work, or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. If you commission work on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Services
Willowpoint provides people-analytics consulting: workforce planning briefs, hiring pipeline reports, attrition cohort studies, and facilitated readouts. Deliverables are described in each statement of work. We do not provide legal advice, payroll processing, or recruitment placement.
Client responsibilities
You supply extracts and context needed for the engagement and confirm that you have the right to share them. You remain responsible for decisions made after receiving our charts and written briefs.
Intellectual property
Final chart packs and briefs prepared for your engagement become your property upon full payment. Our methods, templates, and prior know-how remain the property of Willowpoint People Metrics Company Limited. You may not resell our deliverables as a competing consulting product.
Confidentiality
We treat headcount, requisition, and exit data as confidential and limit access to consultants assigned to your engagement. Public case notes omit identifying details unless you approve otherwise in writing.
Liability
Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including hiring or retention outcomes that depend on factors outside the chart pack.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless the parties agree to mediation first.
