Privacy notice
This notice explains how Willowpoint People Metrics Company Limited handles personal data when you contact us or commission an engagement.
Data controller

Data we collect
From contact forms and email: name, email address, organization details you volunteer, approximate headcount, and message content. During engagements we may receive employee-related extracts you supply; we ask that personal identifiers be removed where practical.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to requests, prepare estimates, and deliver commissioned briefs. We use engagement files solely to perform the agreed analysis and facilitation.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement working files are retained for up to 36 months after final delivery for audit and follow-on readouts, then deleted or returned as agreed in the statement of work.
Your rights
Subject to Vietnamese law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent for optional communications. Write to hello@filewillowpoint.click.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Vietnam. If a remote collaborator outside Vietnam assists on an engagement, we apply confidentiality terms and transfer only the minimum data required.
